Once you have obtained your open water diving certification, you will be ready to take the open water advanced course. The advanced class offers an excellent opportunity to expand your diving abilities under professional supervision (y experimentada?). We believe all divers should take this course as a continuation of the basic open water course. You are not required to be an experienced diver to take this class.
The course presents two main dives : the deep dive and the underwater navigation dive. In addition, you will need to complete three elective dives that can include : a wreck dive, a peak performance buoyancy dive, an underwater naturalist dive, a night dive, and more.

Upcoming Classes
This class can begin any Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. We begin with the underwater navigation and peak buoyancy dives. We do this due to the fact that they are less deep than the other dives and are a great way to get acclimated to diving once again. The following three dives will be done within two days and can be done on the majority of weekdays or weekends.

A minimum of 12 years of age
Students under the age of 15 will receive a Junior Advanced Diver certification that can be updated as soon as they turn 15.
Any minor under the age of 18 will need the approval and signature from a parent or guardian.
Cost
The price of the advanced certification course is $540. This price includes the course book, the boat costs, the teaching and the license. SPECIAL – Add nitrox certification for just $175.
The Nitrox class is done in the morning before the deep dive and in the afternoon before the night dive. You can also dive with your Nitrox tank for your deep dive in the advanced course without any additional charge. You must be at least 15 years or older for this certification.
